RATES

Currently TrainHouse is rented by the house. The rooms are equal in size and amenities.

 

Room 1 is the furthest from the kitchen and back patio. Features a secretary for a desk space. Room 2 is the largest and across from the half bath and laundry which is whisper quiet. Room three is next to the main bathroom and features a small secretary for work and a smart Tv. 

The communal spaces of living room, kitchen, back deck with outside private shower, are all shared spaces.
